The information, materials, and coaching services provided by The Clarity Coach are intended for educational and professional development purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality guidance, results may vary depending on individual effort, engagement, and application.
The Clarity Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to: job offers, promotions, exam scores, or business results. Coaching services are not a substitute for formal education, therapy, or legal advice.
By purchasing or participating in any session, package, or program, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for your own progress, decisions, and results. All materials and resources shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of The Clarity Coach and may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without prior written consent.
Terms & Conditions
By booking any session, lesson, or package with The Clarity Coach, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Services Provided

Coaching services include private lessons, trial lessons, corporate consultations, and specialized packages (e.g., IELTS Prep, Accent Studio, Clarity Starter/Builder/Accelerator).

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom or an agreed platform, unless otherwise specified.

All learning materials, exercises, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Clarity Coach and are for personal use only.
2. Payments

Full payment is required prior to the first session of any package.

All prices are listed in USD (or as otherwise agreed).

Payments are non-transferable between individuals.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
-
Lessons must be scheduled in advance according to the tutor’s availability.

Students may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded.

If the tutor must reschedule, an alternative time will be provided at no additional cost.
4. Attendance & Lateness

If a student is late, the session will continue only until the originally scheduled end time.

If a student does not attend within the first 15 minutes, the session will be marked as missed and forfeited.
5. Packages & Validity

Each package has a set number of sessions and a validity period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months).

Unused sessions after the validity period expire and are non-refundable unless an extension is pre-arranged.

Packages cannot be paused, transferred, or extended without prior written agreement.
6. Learning Materials & Feedback

Personalized lesson plans, exercises, and progress reports are included with packages where specified.

Materials are provided digitally and are not to be shared, resold, or distributed.

Completion of tasks and exercises is strongly encouraged for optimal results.
7. Refunds & Cancellations

Packages and lessons are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Clarity Coach (e.g., medical emergencies).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
8. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the chosen online platform.

If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

If technical issues occur on the student’s side, rescheduling is at the discretion of the tutor.
9. Code of Conduct

A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times.

Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the package without refund.
