Service Description

Designed for students aiming to achieve their target IELTS band score, this package includes 4 x 45-minute private coaching sessions per month. Each session focuses on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, tailored to your current level and exam goals. You’ll receive personalized strategies, practice exercises, and targeted feedback to improve performance and boost confidence for exam day. Perfect for anyone preparing for IELTS, whether for academic, professional, or immigration purposes.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Lessons All sessions must be booked in advance through the scheduling link provided (e.g. Calendly or agreed platform). Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions will only be confirmed once payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within the same package cycle (e.g. month). 3. Cancellations If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and not refunded. Missed sessions without notice are considered a cancellation and cannot be rescheduled. In the event the tutor needs to cancel, an alternative session will be provided at no additional cost. 4. Lateness & No-Shows If you arrive late, the session will continue only until the scheduled end time. If you do not join within the first 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited. 5. Technical Issues Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video setup. If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. If technical issues occur on the student’s side, the session may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. 6. Package Validity Packages are valid for the duration stated (e.g. 4 weeks for Starter, 8 weeks for Builder, etc.). Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be carried forward unless pre-arranged.
