With one focused session a week, you’ll build confidence, strengthen sentence structure, and refine your communication skills at a pace that fits your schedule. This package is designed for steady progress, accountability, and real-world support — without the pressure of an intensive program. What’s Included: 1 x 45-minute private coaching session per week A personalized roadmap, updated monthly Work-based communication coaching (emails, meetings, presentations) Weekly recap tasks to reinforce learning Light accountability check-ins to keep you consistent Ideal For: Busy professionals who want consistent improvement without stress Young graduates preparing for the workplace Students entering university who want to boost their confidence in academic and social settings Anyone looking to strengthen their English communication skills at a comfortable, steady pace Designed to help you grow steadily, speak more confidently, and see real progress without disrupting your routine.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Lessons All sessions must be booked in advance through the scheduling link provided (e.g. Calendly or agreed platform). Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions will only be confirmed once payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within the same package cycle (e.g. month). 3. Cancellations If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and not refunded. Missed sessions without notice are considered a cancellation and cannot be rescheduled. In the event the tutor needs to cancel, an alternative session will be provided at no additional cost. 4. Lateness & No-Shows If you arrive late, the session will continue only until the scheduled end time. If you do not join within the first 15 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited. 5. Technical Issues Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video setup. If technical issues occur on the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. If technical issues occur on the student’s side, the session may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. 6. Package Validity Packages are valid for the duration stated (e.g. 4 weeks for Starter, 8 weeks for Builder, etc.). Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and cannot be carried forward unless pre-arranged.
